In a prior career, Steve managed a $100 million business and developed new products in the consumer packaged goods industry.

Education/Certification
Steve is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation. He has taught in the Organizational Leadership graduate program at John F. Kennedy University. He earned a B.A. and M.A. summa cum laude in Organizational Behavior from Yale University.
Other
Steve is the founder and designer of Powerful Conversations, an intensive training in advanced coaching and influence skills for experienced coaches and leaders. He regularly mentors other coaches. Steve speaks native English, fluent German, and conversational French and Spanish. He is delighted to learn piano as an adult, which his family tolerates with good cheer.
