Carlos brings an extensive international leadership development background. Fluent in English and Spanish, he provides services in Europe, Central and South America, and the USA. His experience extends over many industries including high tech, pharmaceutical, and banking.

Coaching: Carlos is an advanced coach for Executives and their teams to enhance performance. He uses humanistic and creative approaches for collecting confidential feedback and action planning.

Carlos earned several degrees: B.S. In Psychology and Chemistry, Olivet College, Michigan; M.S. in Educational Psychology and M.S. in Counseling Psychology, Michigan State University.

Carlos specialized in Advanced Studies in Management, Organizational Development, and Executive Leadership Development at University of Michigan. He also earned a Certificate of Advanced Mastery, Marshall Goldsmith Behavioral Coaching and interprets DISC and MBTI.
