Experience/Background Rich is a change management consultant, facilitator, leadership trainer and executive coach with over 30 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies. As a consultant and executive coach, Rich's practice focuses on helping executives handle challenging change situations. He has helped clients consistently achieve excellent results when changing culture, turning around an organization, handling M&A or downsizings, or building a new business strategy. Rich has extensive experience working with R&D, Engineering, IT and Operational groups. Consulting: Rich helped the head of IT for a Fortune Five company to turnaround a failing organization, and then integrate it with another Fortune Five company's IT organization. He has helped improve the capital project process at a major industrial firm, driving out $500MM a year in capital costs. He guided the development of a new business strategy for a client, which resulted in it becoming the largest non-profit developer of housing in the country. Rich takes on challenging projects that frequently require him to facilitate large meetings focused on building alignment and commitment or help conflicting groups reach common ground. Coaching: Rich has coached dozens of executives and managers, from the "C" suite to independent business owners. His clients are frequently high performers who realize they want another perspective in dealing with a significant challenge.
