Experience/Background Elaine Morris is a master level executive coach and organizational consultant who brings more than 26 years experience to upper level executives and their teams. In addition to her work with clients, Elaine co-developed a leading edge technology tool for tracking ROI of leadership learning. Earlier in her career, she was a sales and marketing executive with a worldwide training and development company. Coaching: By building trust and rapport, Elaine takes clients beyond surface-level conversations to access deeper growth and personal awareness. Her coaching process assesses needs, targets goals and maps progress to expedite performance breakthroughs. Her success is measured by behavioral changes and business metrics that generate financial growth, heightened communication skills and employee engagement. Consulting and Facilitating: Elaine is a highly experienced facilitator of strategic planning retreats and team performance off-sites. Her approach involves an integrated method that includes traditional management skills such as strategy and execution with more personal behavioral changes that focus on communication, relational skills and conflict resolution. She shows clients how to connect authentically, inspiring team insights and decisions that produce winning strategies. Clients Elaine has worked with emerging start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries including: commercial real estate, construction, technology, engineering, retail, oil and gas, health care, financial services, hospitality, direct sales, government, legal services, private education and non-profits. Education/Certification Elaine earned her B.A. in English Literature and Secondary Education from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She also completed 36 hours in the Executive M.B.A. Program at Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, Florida. Elaine is certified in two of the most widely used Emotional Intelligence instruments. She is an accredited coach through New Ventures West, a well-known coaching accreditation organization, and is certified through the ICF (International Coach Federation). She is also certified by The Institute of Cultural Affairs as a group facilitator and strategic planning expert. She is a regular contributor to the business section of Dallas Family magazine. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and Association of Strategic Planning.
